這陣子想吃鹽水雞然後自己買蔬菜,本來想說要特別多買一點筍片。 但是看到架上的綠竹筍大概我一個拳頭左右就快要200快有點嚇到就跳過了。
一般吃到鹽水雞裡面的筍片就是市面上常見的筍子切片就好還是有特別的品種? 映像中跟綠竹筍的口感好像有差,沒有那麼嫩
