四海、八方、永和的鍋貼

我好像只吃過八方的…

之前有一陣子八方感覺肉偏少，就比較喜歡車四海，永和是半夜再吃的

鍋貼就只有沾醬油
這三間都吃過 永和是比較一般 畢竟它不是主打那個 -
八方吧 方便又不難吃

醬油膏+醬油+辣椒+大蒜
都加一點
個人感覺醬油比較適合鍋貼
鍋貼的皮可以直接吸附醬油
醬油膏比較適合水餃
因為水餃皮如果沾醬油巴不上去
各有適合的 -
八方鍋貼 四海酸辣湯 永和蛋包飯

四海什麼爛店到處都看不到

都加醬油加蒜頭再一滴辣油最香 八方的正常 四海不知為啥吃起來都有薑味

我吃四海的隔天都會拉肚子 不知道為啥

也是醬油派，不喜歡醬油膏的甜味。

烏醋醬油加辣椒去油解膩

醬油跟其他調味料比較搭. 比較喜歡像吃涮涮鍋那種,自由添加自己喜歡的酌料

我都加蒜頭和辣椒

吃原味不然就自己的特製辣

永和的**香嗎？
那個絞肉、內餡扎實又大，我不怎麼喜歡那種口感 -
八方好吃的點就在於它的蒜蓉醬油膏，基本上每個口味配上那個醬油都會很好吃
