每次都想說要早睡 結果還是一兩點 隔天炸累
明天要上班的話 都差不多十點就在床上醞釀睡意了 養精蓄銳才有好精神
12點吧,有時候更晚,我熬的是自由不是夜
明天要上班或是突然放假,會失眠的超嚴重,3、4點半才會累到睡著
1點前睡覺,但早上很難爬起
最晚1點睡 如果不睡 隔天上班會累到打瞌睡
一兩點蠻習慣了 不開燈直接睡
大概都是三四點才睡覺
想幾點就幾點阿
凌晨1點睡吧 不然太早睡睡不著
看幾點起床而定 8點要起床 12點前睡
