1點前睡覺,但早上很難爬起
最晚1點睡 如果不睡 隔天上班會累到打瞌睡
一兩點蠻習慣了 不開燈直接睡
大概都是三四點才睡覺
想幾點就幾點阿
凌晨1點睡吧 不然太早睡睡不著
看幾點起床而定 8點要起床 12點前睡
睡滿7個小時為主,除非那天大失眠!
12點以前睡都可以
一定要睡滿8小時 不然會沒精神
10點上班 都3 4點才睡覺
會想要有自己的時間所以都晚睡
