我其實蠻喜歡單吃那個酥皮的 不過吃太多湯就會少一味 所以通常單吃酥皮幾口就會丟進湯裡

先吃一口皮然後戳下去
我通常會把酥皮輕輕撕開,放進濃湯裡,這樣酥皮會吸湯,吃起來超香!
