之前不會吃 但自從發現皮比肉還有更豐富的營養就整個吃了

直接吃,因為懶得剝皮
會阿整顆吃掉
整個吃,地瓜皮才是精華
烤的不能吃,蒸的才吃,當垃圾丟掉很麻煩,不如吃掉
剝掉 沒辦法接受帶皮的地瓜
