好像是用體重來換算可以 去查一下大多都有 但還是要看活動量
除了次數之外,總量也很重要。如果喝很多次但每次都喝少少的,總量不夠也是不行。
忘記公視了但是一天2500我覺得有必要
按照自己的身體指數bmi 還有活動程度去算就可以得到自己每天的最低喝水量
